Gender issues topic of discussion at ‘Grandma, I’m Gay’

NEW BRITAIN – With gender issues being discussed more openly, families sometimes struggle with learning that a loved one is a lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. A free small group discussion, “Grandma, I’m Gay,” will be held Thursday, March 23, 2 to 3:30 p.m., at Arbor Rose at Jerome Home, 975 Corbin Ave. Licensed family marriage therapist Lori DeLeo, MAT, LFMT, will educate, discuss and answer questions on this topic.

This group is open to 15 participants only and registration is required. RSVP to Arbor Rose at 860.229.3707.
