GoodLife Fitness event explores treatments for chronic back pain

BRISTOL - Guidelines from the American College of Physicians state the first line of therapy for chronic back pain should be non-drug treatments. A free program on Wednesday, April 10, 10:30 a.m., will explore various approaches to minimizing lower back pain through exercise. The event will be held at Bristol Senior Center, 240 Stafford Ave. Presenter will be Christine Solimini-Swift, exercise physiologist, of GoodLife Fitness at The Orchards at Southington, program sponsor.
