Hartford HealthCare Crowns Ms. Mulberry 2026 at Annual Pageant
Mulberry Gardens of Southington, part of Hartford HealthCare Senior Services, hosted its annual Ms. Mulberry Gardens Pageant.

This week, Mulberry Gardens of Southington, part of Hartford HealthCare Senior Services, hosted its annual Ms. Mulberry Gardens Pageant, a cherished tradition that uplifts, empowers and celebrates the remarkable women who call the community home. Emceed by Scot Haney, WFSB meteorologist, the event showcased each participant's unique personality, story and spirit while bringing together residents, families and colleagues. The annual pageant continues to be a highlight at Mulberry Gardens, celebrating confidence, friendship and the vibrant lives of its residents while fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.
The pageant honored participants with a variety of special awards, recognizing the qualities that make each woman unique. Ornela Perlot was named Ms. Congeniality, Elisabeth Kielbasinski received the Most Inspiring award, Anne Salthouse was recognized as Most Graceful, Margaret (Peg) Groth earned Nicest Smile, Susan Knauf was named Most Elegant, Sandra Melninkaitis received Best Sense of Humor and Anita Telkowski was recognized as Most Photogenic.
Antoinetta Maselli was named Second Runner-up; Justine Roy was named First Runner-up and Muriel Fenn was crowned Ms. Mulberry Gardens 2026.
