Hartford HealthCare offers insights into the seasonal blues

GLASTONBURY – With the cold temperatures and short days, feeling “down” during the winter months is not uncommon. However there are ways to minimize the effects of seasonal blues and manage those glum feelings. A free program about this topic will be held Wednesday, Jan. 16, 12:30 p.m., at Glastonbury Senior Center, 300 Welles St. Presenter Laurel Reagan, APRN, director of Hartford HealthCare Behavioral Health at Home, and Dorsanne Tinker, RN, will present the program. Hartford HealthCare at Home is sponsoring.
