Tuesday, April 2, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Southington Community YMCA, 29 High St. (Sponsored by Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging

Thursday, April 4, 11 a.m. to noon, Calendar House, 388 Pleasant St., Southington (Sponsored by Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging)

Wednesday, April 10, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Plainville Senior Center, 200 East St., Plainville. (Sponsored by Mulberry Gardens of Southington)

Tuesday, April 23, 10 to 11 a.m., Calendar House, 388 Pleasant St., Southington (Sponsored by Southington Care Center)
