Home Improvement Store Employee Charged With Stealing Leaf Blower

An employee of a Southington home improvement store has been charged with theft.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A home improvement store employee is facing a third-degree larceny charge for allegedly stealing a leaf blower during leaf season from his employer, police said.

Loss prevention staffers at the store discovered the theft and contacted police.
