Hotel Employee Accused of Stealing Personnel File for Assault
An employee of a Southington hotel allegedly stole a file in order to track down and assault a colleague, police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — An employee of a Southington hotel is accused of breaking into the personnel files in her manager's office to obtain the address of a colleague so she could beat her up, according to a police report.
Jessica Ramos, 27 of Bristol, surrendered on a warrant Dec. 28, police said.
The warrant stems from an Oct. 25 burglary/larceny complaint at The Comfort Suites, 64 Knotter Drive, Southington, according to an arrest report.

Ramos was charged with third-degree burglary, and sixth-degree larceny, released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and given a court date of Jan. 8, according to an arrest report.
The warrant alleges that on Oct. 25, Ramos, who was employed at the Comfort Suites, went to the hotel when she was off work, entered a back room without permission and took keys for a manager’s office.

Once inside the managers office, Ramos allegedly took personnel files and made a copy of an employee’s personal information sheet and then left the property, according to the warrant.
Plainville police then arrested her for allegedly assaulting the person, according to an arrest report.
