Ideal Tavern Opens in Southington

SOUTHINGTON, CT - Ideal Tavern, a restaurant and pub located at 142 Center Street, has opened.

Owners posted several pictures to the restaurant's Facebook page.

Ideal Tavern is at the former Mainley Seafood location. The restaurant closed in 2012.

Ideal Tavern owners bill the restaurant as Gastropub serving modernized, New American classic cuisine, craft cocktails and select beers in a charming, rustic atmosphere.
