Improving posture can bring relief to a variety of conditions

BRISTOL – Poor posture can lead to numerous muscular skeletal problems including back pain, neck pain and joint issues. The free program, “Importance of Posture,” will provide tips about how to improve posture for better health. The event will be held Wednesday, July 17, 10:30 a.m., at Bristol Senior Center, 240 Stafford Ave. Presenter will be Lisa Murawski, exercise physiologist from GoodLife Fitness at Southington Care Center, which is the program sponsor.
