PLAINVILLE – Meditation, the practice of mental mindfulness and relaxation, can bring benefits to mind, body and spirit. A free program on this topic will be held Thursday, March 15, 10 to 11 a.m., at Plainville Senior Center, 200 East St. Presenter will be Rosalie Tanguay, RN, HN-BC, board-certified holistic registered nurse and certified yoga instructor, of Jerome Home, program sponsor.
