Learn how meditation can help with stress. Free program May 9 in Berlin.

BERLIN – Meditation, the practice of mental mindfulness and relaxation, can bring benefits to mind, body and spirit. A free program about Focused Awareness Meditation will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2 p.m., at Berlin Senior Center, 33 Colonial Drive. Presenter will be Christine Solimini-Swift, M.ED, CHES, CEP, RMT, exercise physiologist at GoodLife Fitness, The Orchards of Southington, program sponsor.
