Incorporating meditation into daily life may bring benefits

NEWINGTON – Meditation, the practice of mental mindfulness and relaxation, can bring benefits to mind, body and spirit. A free program about Focused Awareness Meditation will be held Friday, Jan. 25, 10 a.m., at Newington Senior and Disabled Center, 120 Cedar St. Presenter will be Emil Johnson, program director of GoodLife Fitness, program sponsor.
