Incorporating meditation into daily life may bring benefits

Free meditation info class set for June 12, 10am, Farmington Senior Center. The Orchards at Southington sponsors. RSVP to 860.675.2490.

UNIONVILLE –
Meditation, the practice of mental mindfulness and relaxation, can bring
benefits to mind, body and spirit. A free program about Focused Awareness
Meditation will be held Wednesday, June 12, 10 a.m., at Farmington Senior
Center, 321 New Britain Ave. Presenter will be Christina Solimini-Swift,
exercise physiologist, GoodLife Fitness at The Orchards at Southington, program
sponsor.

Participants are asked to bring a large towel or small blanket with them for proper positioning in their chair. Space is limited and registration is required. To RSVP, call Farmington Senior Center, 860.675.2490.
