SOUTHINGTON - Research has shown that laughter can be beneficial to the mind, body and spirit. To share the joy of laughter, The Orchards at Southington is continuing the free Joy Through Laughter Club on Fridays, Oct. 5, 12, 19 and Nov. 2, 10:15 a.m. Presenter will be LeaAnn Blanchard, executive director, The Orchards at Southington, which is located at 34 Hobart St.
