Knowing the value of in-home assessments

Hartford HealthCare offers free in-home assessments for safety and health issues. Learn more at free program on April 11 in Bristol.

BRISTOL – In-home assessments can gauge the barriers that can prevent a person from living safely at home. However, adjustments and resources may make it possible for someone to stay safely at home and attain an optimal quality of life. If not, there are other living options available as well. A free program, “Knowing the Value of In-Home Assessments,” will be held Wednesday, April 11, 10:30 a.m., at Bristol Senior Center, 240 Stafford Ave. Michelle Lavoie, resource coordinator, Harford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging, will present the program. Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is the sponsor.
