Richard Kaczmarczyk, 49, of 26 Jennings Rd., Bristol. Charges: fith-degree larceny, third-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, second-degree failure to appear in court, three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court. Total bond: $259,000. Court date: Aug. 7.
