SOUTHINGTON, CT — A large hotel site in town has reportedly been sold, according to a local business news outlet.
The Hartford Business Journal reported Tuesday morning that the Holiday Inn Express in Southington was recently sold for $10 million.
The Holiday Inn Express is located at 120 Laning St., just off Exit 32 on Interstate 84.
