Leadership Appointments at The Village

Martin Morrissey has joined The Village for Families & Children, an over 200-year-old agency that provides a full range of behavioral health treatment, foster care and adoption, and support services for children, adults and families in the Greater Hartford region, as Chief Financial Officer. Marty was most recently the Executive Vice President with Continuum of Care and Affiliates in New Haven, where he spent the past 13 years. Previously, he held leadership positions at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury.

In addition, Tammy Freeberg has rejoined The Village as Associate Vice President of Strategy and Planning. Tammy has broad leadership experience with a range of social services, including affordable housing, health and safety, community development, domestic violence and early intervention programs.
