Preparation and knowing the best questions to ask can enable individuals to benefit more from their appointment with their physician. A free program about this topic will be held Monday, May 8, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., at Wallingford Senior Center, 238 Washington St.

Heather Hitchcock, Hartford HealthCare Senior Services Community Outreach manager, will discuss topics including: how to partner with your medical professional; how to prepare for an appointment; important things to bring to your appointment; questions to ask and more.
