Learn proper exercise techniques specifically for seniors
A free program, "Exercise Techniques for Seniors," will be held Monday, March 12, 10:30 a.m., Meriden Senior Center

MERIDEN – Regular exercise and a healthy diet form an excellent foundation for a better quality of life for everyone, including older adults. A free program, “Exercise Techniques for Seniors,” will be held Monday, March 12, 10:30 a.m., at Meriden Senior Center, 22 W. Main St. Presenter will be Emil Johnson, GoodLife Fitness program manager. The event is sponsored by Jefferson House.
