Southington nonprofit Bread for Life is looking for volunteers for the summer lunch program and community garden efforts.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — "Bread for Life" is recruiting volunteers for a series of summer programs aimed at addressing food insecurity and supporting residents.
The Southington-based nonprofit announced opportunities tied to its annual Summer Lunch Program, which provides meals to youth in the community and at local camps, as well as work in its community garden, where volunteers help grow produce used in meals.
