NEW BRITAIN – There’s no doubt that stress and the overall challenges of life can be overwhelming. However, being social can positively impact a person’s outlook on life. A free Lunch and Learn about this topic will be held Thursday, Jan. 10, noon to 1 p.m., at Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain campus, 100 Grand St. Presenter will be Patty O’Brian, dementia specialist, of Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging, program sponsor.
