Lunch & Learn: Depression in older adults can be managed

Hartford HealthCare, Center for Healthy Aging, depression, support group

NEW BRITAIN - Depression is common in individuals over the age of 65 and affects seniors differently than younger adults. A free Lunch & Learn program will be held Thursday, May 11, noon to 1 p.m., at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain Campus, 100 Grand St. Laurel Regan, APRN, Hartford HealthCare Behavioral Health, will lead the program which includes signs and symptoms of depression and what can be done to help.
