Lunch and Learn examines stress factors and ways to manage
stress, Hartford HealthCare, senior services, grief, life changes, coping skills, Lunch and Learn

NEW BRITAIN – Everyone experiences stress. Reasons can include illness, grief, general life changes, finances and much more. A free program identifying stress triggers and how to live a more stress-free life will be held Thursday, July 14, noon to 1 p.m. This event will be held at Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain campus, 100 Grand St. Allison Vandergrift, LCSW, director of Social Work Services, Hartford HealthCare at Home, will lead the program. Complimentary lunch will be served.
