Lunch and Learn: The Importance of Advance Directives

NEW BRITAIN – A free Lunch and Learn program on Thursday, Nov. 8 will examine the importance of having advance healthcare directives or living wills and resources to get started. The event will be held noon to 1 p.m., at the Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain campus, 100 Grand St., Lecture Room 2. Presenter will be Holly Bessoni-Lutz, RN, MSN, COS-C, director of Hospice and Palliative Care, Hartford HealthCare. A complimentary light lunch will be served. Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is sponsoring the program.
