Lunch & Learn program explains finding quality in-home care

SOUTHINGTON – As people age or when recovering from an injury or hospital stay, there may be a need for a little extra help at home. A free Lunch & Learn program, “How to Shop for In-Home Care,” will be held Thursday, Dec. 20, noon to 1 p.m., at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, Bradley Memorial campus, 81 Meriden Ave. Presenters Eva Baranowski and Karen Marino, of Hartford HealthCare at Home, will provide the necessary information to make the best connection with quality care. Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is sponsoring.
