Major Auction This Weekend To Benefit Southington Lions Club Causes
The prominent civic organization is hosting its 33rd annual 'Everything Goes' charity auction.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Residents in Southington are invited to attend the 33rd Annual “Everything Goes” Charity Auction on Saturday, March 28.
It will take place at the Southington Calendar House, 388 Pleasant St., Southington, with proceeds supporting local charitable efforts and vision care programs.
The event, organized by the Southington Lions Club, begins with a preview at 6:15 p.m., followed by an “instant” auction at 6:45 p.m. and a live auction at 7:15 p.m.

Admission is free, and complimentary refreshments will be available.
Organizers say the auction will feature a wide range of items, including tickets to area attractions, fine wines, gift cards, services, sporting events, gift baskets, collectibles, and theater and music experiences.

All proceeds will benefit the Lions Eye Fund and community service initiatives supported by the club, with funds directed back into Southington-based programs and assistance efforts.
In a statement, the Southington Recreation Department, which counts the Lions Club among its supporters, encouraged residents to attend.
“The Southington Lions Club is a generous, longtime sponsor of our Music on the Green program,” the department said. “Please consider supporting their mission to help others in need by attending the auction this Saturday.”
