Man Allegedly Goes on Rampage Against Bus That Woke Him Up
A Wolcott man was arrested after he threw snow and ice and attempted to force open the doors of a bus that woke him up, police said.

A Wolcott man was arrested after he allegedly went on a rampage against a school bus that had woken him up.
Police responded to the scene on Woodward Drive Thursday morning.
A bus driver reported that the man, identified as Keith Patzlaff, 55, threw snow and ice at the bus and attempted to open a window and the rear door. He also allegedly pulled on the windshield wipers.

The driver contacted her boss who contacted police.
Patzlaff allegedly pried open the driver’s side door and yelled at the driver. He was reportedly upset that the bus was idling on his street.

He was charged with breach of peace.
Police said that he told an officer that he would continue to do the same thing everyday the bus was there.
No students were on the bus when the incident occurred.
The Wolcott Police Department will not tolerate any negative, alarming conduct directed at Students, Schools, or School Buses,” the department wrote on its Facebook page.
