Man Attempted To Photograph Woman In Changing Room: Police

A Bristol man was arrested for allegedly attempting to photograph a woman in a changing room at an Old Navy, according to police.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - A Bristol man was arrested for allegedly trying to take photos of a woman in a changing room in August. Rick Martin, 24, was charged with risk of injury, second-degree breach of peace and voyeurism.

The charges stem from an incident at the Old Navy Store on Buckland Road. Store staff reported to police that a man was trying to take pictures of a woman in a changing room and ran into nearby woods when confronted.

Officers checked the area extensively but were unable to locate the man. He was later identified from surveillance video and an arrest warrant was obtained for him. To sign up for South Windsor breaking news alerts and more, click here.

Martin was released on $35,000 bond and will appear in Manchester Superior Court Jan. 10.
