Man Charged for Using Relative's Name at Traffic Stop
A man was charged after a relative was told he skipped out on court.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A man has himself in trouble for using a family member's name at a traffic stop, police said.
On Saturday, Michael Ogden, 44, of Southington was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging him with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension, criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer, according to a report.

not able to produce identification, but provided the name and date of birth of one of his relatives and
was issued a ticket, according to a report.
Ogden skipped out on court and the family member received a letter from the court for failing to show up for the court date.

The family member then called the Southington Police Department to complain.
Ogden was then booked on a $10,000 bond, police said.
Ogden also had an outstanding warrant for probation violation, police said.
