Man Cited for Throwing Ketchup and Eggs at Southington High School

He is due in court on Halloween, police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A man has been cited for throwing eggs and ketchup at Southington High School, police said.

On Tuesday at 3:44 a.m. an SPD officer was conducting an extra check of the high school and observed a white male near the main school entrance, police said.

allegedly thrown eggs and ketchup on and near the front entrance windows and surrounding grounds, police said.

Dusza who appeared to be intoxicated, gave no explanation besides stating, he was “blowing off steam,” police said

Dusza was issued a summons for loitering on school grounds and third-degree criminal mischief, police said.

He has a court appearance scheduled for Halloween Day, police said.
