The incident led to $4,000 in bonds, police said.

TOLLAND, CT — A Southington man was caught speeding on a stretch of highway in Tolland and was then charged for skipping out on a court case involving another case triggered by another speeding incident, state police said.
At 4:57 p.m. on Wednesday, a state trooper was on a traffic enforcement detail on Interstate-84 in Tolland when he noticed a car go by at a high rate of speed, according to an arrest report. The driver, 31-year-old Michael Frauenheim, of Flanders Road, Southington, was charged with speeding (greater than 70 mph) and driving under suspension, state police said.
The trooper then served him with a warrant for second-degree failure to appear for another speeding incident that also included evading and drunken driving charges, according to an arrest report.
