Man Posts $10,000 Bond In Southington Choking Case
A man accused of falling on a toddler in a Southington choking incident has posted a $10,000 bond, records show.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A man accused of falling on a toddler while forcing another person to the ground in a choking incident is due in court on July 12 after posting a $10,000 bond in the case, judicial system records show.
On June 10, Oneil Nadeau, 48, of Southington was charged with risk of injury to a minor,
disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation, police said.
The charges resulted from a domestic dispute, according to police. Nadeau is accused of grabbing someone by the throat and pushing the person to the ground, according to a report. He is accused of patrially landing on a 3-year-old in the process, according to a report.

Another third person then pulled him off the victim, a report incidates.
The victim sustained minor injuries and no other injuries were reported, police said.
