A Texas man who pleaded guilty to breach of peace for punching an EMT in June received a 30-day prison sentence.
Curt Coles, 55, was originally charged with breach of peace and assault of emergency medical personnel, according to the Record-Journal.
Coles was reportedly intoxicated at the Tipping Chair Tavern and became combative with EMTs.
