Man Sneaked Images Off Co-Worker's Phone In Southington: Cops
A Waterbury man is accused of taking images from co-worker's phone at a Southington business, police said.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A man is accused of sifting through a co-worker's cell phone in Southington, locating intimate images and sending them to his phone, police said.
The business is located on Interstate Park Drive, police said.
On Nov. 3, Southington police received a complaint about images forwarded without authorization from someone's phone. The victim reported discovering several cells phone photos sent to a unfamiliar other phone, according to a police report.

Five days earlier, the victim had asked a co-worker to look after the phone during a trip to the rest room while it was charging, according to a report. About 15 minutes later the victim returned to retrieved the phone, which the co-worker then pulled from his pocket, according to a report.
Police determined that the strange number receiving the pictures was that of the co-worker, 23-year-old Waterbury resident Wayne Snow.

On Jan. 18, Snow was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant and charged with with disseminating intimate images and his case was assigned a cash/surety bond of $75,000.
