CHESHIRE – The holidays and winter months in general can be a difficult time for many – instead of feeling joy, a person may feel sad or melancholy. Learn more about this real condition at a free program Monday, Dec. 10, 10:30 a.m., at Cheshire Senior Center, 240 Maple Ave. Presenters are Laurel Reagan, APRN, director of Behavioral Health at Home, and Dorsanne Tinker, RN.
