Massive Masquerade Ball To Benefit Southington YMCA

Tickets are on sale now for the Southington Community YMCA's biggest fund-raising event, which is on Nov. 15.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Halloween might be coming soon, but a masquerade extravaganza to benefit a beloved local organization will take place in the heart of November.

Tickets are on sale now for the 2024 "Forever in Blue Jeans Masquerade Gala" to benefit the Southington Community YMCA.

The event is on Nov. 15 from 6 to 11:30 p.m. at the Aquaturf Club, 556 Mulberry St., Plantsville (Southington).

It is the largest party and fundraiser of the year for the organization, which provides local youths and families with countless recreation and wellness programs."

"We are excited to offer once again a night that celebrates our community and helps raise funds for our financial assistance program, allowing all community members to access our Y through Membership, Programs, and more," wrote the YMCA in an announcement.

Guests are invited to don their fancy tops, blue jeans, and masquerade masks, if they choose, for a night filled with music, food, friends, and fun.

"Prepare for an enchanting evening featuring timeless classics and more," wrote the YMCA.

"Revel in exquisite cuisine, delightful company, and joyous festivities as we celebrate our vibrant community all for a great cause. Grab your friends and join us for a magical night."

This year, supporters will even have the option to join the celebration in person or virtually.

The in-person ticket price is $80 and includes a fun night of dinner, dancing, an open bar, and live and silent auctions.

Each $40 virtual ticket allows guests to participate in the silent auction.
