Mindful Meditation For Many Reasons

United Healthcare just sent out a magazine to their members.  This magazine offers member many ways to keep themselves happy and healthy.  Exercise, special diets, and so many more options.

On the back cover page was an article on how only 5 minutes of your time, meditation can help.  It offered 4 points on what to do and how it does help.

It seems that meditation has come up in several medical and non medical issues lately.  I believe they are finally finding that this ancient practice does have merit. 
Mindful meditation offers better health, brings the mind to stillness and conciseness of the present, helps brings us to be more productive, and helps us be the compassionate loving person we truly are.
