Motorcycle Theft Suspect Sought In Southington: Police

The Southington Police Department said the man wrote a fake check to a man selling the motorcycle earlier this month.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — Local police are looking for a suspect in connection with a motorcycle theft earlier this month, posting an image of the man on social media Tuesday.

The Southington Police Department said Tuesday the male suspect is believed to be from Massachusetts and he made off with a motorcycle Aug. 9.

According to police, the suspect used a fake bank check from Bank of America made out in the amount of $7,000.
