Mulberry Gardens hosts caregivers' support group on Feb. 13

Are you caring for a loved one with dementia? Feeling overwhelmed? Learn strategies and meet others at Mulberry Garden's monthly group.

SOUTHINGTON - Living with Alzheimer’s disease or a related memory disorder can be challenging and feel like a burden for families and caregivers. Mulberry Gardens of Southington offers a free support group for families and caregivers on the second Tuesday of every month (except December) from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The next meeting will be Feb. 13. Mulberry Gardens is located at 58 Mulberry St. in the Plantsville section of Southington.

Facilitators provide suggestions, community support and a safe environment to listen or share thoughts and feelings. To register, call Jenn Doty, 860.276.1020.
