Caregivers Support Group meets at Mulberry Gardens

SOUTHINGTON – Living with Alzheimer’s disease or a related memory disorder can be challenging for families and caregivers. Mulberry Gardens offers a free support group for families and caregivers on the second Tuesday of every month from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The next meeting will be Sept. 13. Friendship Club at Mulberry Gardens offers fellowship for seniors

SOUTHINGTON - Mulberry Gardens of Southington, located at 58 Mulberry St., offers the Friendship Club, a free monthly club for older adults seeking socialization and meaningful activities. Participants can enjoy coffee socials, live music, lunch, bingo and more while socializing in a safe and friendly setting. Friendship Club is offered on the third Thursday of every month, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with the next gathering planned for Sept. 15. There is limited seating and transportation may be provided. Mulberry Gardens of Southington to host an open house on Sept. 18

SOUTHINGTON – An open house at beautiful Mulberry Gardens of Southington, an assisted living, adult day and memory care community, will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Marie Terzak, retirement counselor, will lead the event.
