WOLCOTT – Longing to the long term is wise; it’s tough to make decisions regarding elder care in a crisis. A free program exploring this topic will be held Thursday, April 20, 11 a.m., at Wolcott Senior Center, 211 Nichols Road. Attorney Amy E. Orlando will discuss the future of aging services in Connecticut, funding sources and how to navigate the health care system with confidence. Orlando, an accredited attorney and federal fiduciary with the Veterans Administration, practices in the areas of elder law, special needs, estate planning, estate administration and taxation.
This program is sponsored by Hartford HealthCare Senior Services. Spaces are limited and registration is required. To RSVP, call Wolcott Senior Center, 203.879.8133.
