The Southington Public Library will host an educational program Wednesday evening exploring the growing popularity of non-alcoholic beer and the science behind modern brewing techniques.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. on May 13 at the library, 255 Main St., and will feature speaker Taylor Deegan of Worldwide Wine and Spirits in Southington.
