Barbara "BJ" Guida Petrosino Maloney 40, of Southington formerly of East Haven beloved wife of Robert Maloney and the late Michael A. Petrosino entered into rest on April 7, 2017 in the Hospital of Central Connecticut after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.

Loving mother of Devin, Aidan and Chloe Petrosino all of Southington. Step-mother of Rachel Petrosino and Maxwell and Frasier Maloney. Sister of John C. Guida Jr. of Southington. Barbara was born in New Haven on March 19, 1977 daughter of John C. and Kathy Riccio Guida of Southington. Daughter-in-law of Albert and Joanne Calandro Petrosino of Branford. At the time of her death Barbara was the owner of Barbara's Day Care.

A celebration of Barbara's life will be held in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven TUESDAY at 12:00 P.M. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until time of service. Interment will be private.
