Overpass to be Named for Longtime Southington Cop Boislard
A highway overpass will honor a longtime Southington policeman.
SOUTHINGTON, CT – The Southington Police Department will be hosting a ceremony acknowledging the naming of the West Street/I-84 overpasses as the Det. Bruce Boislard Memorial Bridge.
The ceremony will take place on Wednesday May 2, beginning at noon in the Southington Police Community Room, 69 Lazy Lane.
Boislard served the town of Southington for 25 years.
