Parking Bans and Street Closures for Southington Apple Harvest Festival
Several streets will be closed or have parking bans during the festival.

Several roads will have parking restrictions during the first two weekends in October due to the 2014 Apple Harvest Festival.
The following streets will be posted as no parking on either side of the street from Oct. 3 through Oct. 5 and Oct. 10 through Oct. 12:

North Main St. (from Center St. to Mill St.)
West Center St. (from Summer St. to Howard Ave.)
Woodruff St. (from Berlin Ave. to Pleasant St.)
The following streets will also have a parking ban on Oct. 5 (rain date Oct. 12) for the parade:

Knowles Ave.

Center St.
Water St.

Prospect St. (from West St. to Summer St.)
Speechley Ave.
Access to Cowles Ave, Prospect St., Summer St., and Elm St. will be shut down at 11:00 a.m. on the day of the parade.
The firework display will be set off from Dog Park on Mill Street Oct. 4 with a rain date of Oct. 11. Mill Street between North Main Street and Water Street will be blocked off starting at noon and will reopen at 11 p.m. The park will be closed to the public from noon on Oct. 4 to noon on Oct. 5.
