Parking Lot Closed At Southington Museum
The Barnes Museum in Southington is expanding its lot, but it currently is temporarily closed to facilitate the project.

SOUTHINGTON, CT —Parking is temporarily off limits at the town's history museum, but the Barnes Museum will still maintain normal hours as folks will have to park off-site, but nearby.
Those looking to visit can call the museum for more information on parking.
Currently, the museum is adding parking to its lot, with workers occupying space to expand it.

"We ask patrons and visitors to the grounds to be cautious and avoid the marked area," wrote the museum on social media. "Please call ahead to inquire about parking."
The museum will remain open during its regular hours, which are Wednesday to Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. or by appointment.
