The warrant for her arrest in Southington stems from an investigation that began on Nov. 30, when the Southington Police Department received a report from a Webster Bank Fraud investigator.

Police said the investigator reported a white female identifying herself as Marsi Mirmina had allegedly passed four counterfeit checks using the valid checking account of a Webster Bank customer. The checks were passed at various Webster Bank locations, including one check for the amount of $2,483.23 that was cashed by the same woman Oct. 13 at the Webster Bank at 359 Queen St. in Southington, police said.
