PD: Man Arrested for Touching Himself at Lake Compounce
The man was near the water park at the time of the incident, police said. He was observed inappropriately touching himself.
A Portland man was arrested after he was allegedly found touching himself at Lake Compounce in front of numerous people.
Security at the park received a complaint from a park guest that Tyler Bhulai, 29, was inappropriately touching himself while siting on a bench near the water park, police said. The incident occurred on July 28.
Security officials went to the area and noticed the same thing, police said.

About 6,000 guests were at the park around the time of the incident.
He was charged with public indecency, second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.
