A Southington man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a 70-year-old victim.Joshua Cuadrado, 24, was arrested Sept. 8 after officers were dispatched to an Old Turnpike Road address on a report of a domestic dispute.Police said that Cuadrado pushed the victim to the ground and caused an injury. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.Cuadrado was charged with second-degree assault on the elderly and disorderly conduct.
